Mr. Charles C. Clayton, Jr., born in Live Oak, returned to Florida in 1947 after serving in the United States Army in Germany during World War II. He established himself as a real estate pioneer in the Metro-Orlando Area from 1947 through 2009.


Mr. Clayton's businesses were expansive and included various forms of real estate, such as custom single family home construction, commercial construction, residential / commercial / industrial development, hotel / motel ownership, and many others.  Mr. Clayton purchased many vacant land sites over several decades throughout the Central Florida Area. After a long battle with heart disease, Mr. Clayton passed away in January of 2009 at the age of 87.


The properties listed in this portfolio represent some of Mr. Clayton's properties which he acquired over his many successful years in real estate. These properties are now owned by entitled family members whom currently reside in the Greater Orlando Area.
